Dr. Ina Grundmann is Board Certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Grundmann started her training early in Integrative Medicine as she trained in both Family Medicine and Integrative Medicine during her residency. Valinda Riggins-Nwadike, MD, MPH, OB-GYN

Dr. Riggins-Nwadike is proud to provide women’s health to the community. Providing the best of both worlds, she uses bio-identical hormone therapy as well as prescription medication. She treats the whole person with dynamic provider-patient partnership with positive patient outcomes. She can perform the basics such as pap smears and routine physicals, or perform gynecological surgery. She can address fertility and birth control needs. Dr. Riggins-Nwadike is a member of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She has worked as a physician in a hospital setting for over 15 years delivering babies. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Hahnemann University, her medical degree at University of Illinois College of Medicine, her masters of public health at Columbia University, and Bachelor’s at Johns Hopkins University. She speaks fluent Spanish. On her spare time, she spends time with her husband, a veterinarian and her daughter as well as four-leggeds, as is an avid jogger running 2 miles a week.
